Will my new MacBook Air work with my WD MyCloud Mirror? It is presently working well with my old MacBook Pro.

I am about to upgrade my MacBook Pro 7,1 (13-inch mid 2010 with OS X EL Capitan), to a MacBook Air. I am currently using a WD MyCloud Mirror for back up. I am worried that the My Cloud Mirror will not work with my new MacBook Pro? Can you tell me if they will be compatible?

If you are running OS X El Capitan on your MacBook Pro your MacBook Air will have the same OS X so I can't think of a reason why it wouldn't be compatible. If you connect to it via an ethernet cable from the Pro and want to do the same with the Air, you would need to buy an ethernet adapter for the Air
